I love what you said about curiosity. It's so accurate and I wish more people realized the benefits of being curious. And looking forward to reading your book.
Thanks Tali! It’s really true that curiosity is worth exercising..always! On that front kids are the exemplars. We need to work to keep that sense of playful curiosity alive throughout our time here. Thanks for being here!
And there it is... you mentioned my favorite Indiana Jones movie: The Lost Ark. Dad and I watched that last night. I told him out of the whole franchise, this first one was my favorite. "Why?" he asked. "Because of the ship scene," I said. Marian's on one side of the mirror and Indi's on the other, checking out all the bruises he got from climbing out of snake-filled tomb, wrestling with a Nazi on the airfield and whatnot. When she flips that mirror though... I LOL every. Time. And then she kisses all his boo-boos and he falls asleep when she kisses him on the lips. That movie reminds me of "Romancing the Stone", which. I. LURVE. I could watch THAT movie every day.
HAA!! That is a really great moment! I had forgotten about it! Totally shows the range of both the actors and the movie itself..which is great adventure, but also great fun. I think I’m going to have to rewatch this tonight! Thanks for being here!
